Form Construction are Registered Builders with a depth of expertise across all aspects of the building industry: Commercial Construction, Refurbishment & Fitout, Residential Property Development, Architectural houses and Building Maintenance form the core of our business, backed by strong leadership and decades of experience in Construction, Project and Design Management.

Just as each project has unique requirements, so to do our clients. We therefore offer not only the full building package but also stand alone services such as Project Management, Design and Construction.

We have in place compliant Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Policies & Procedures that are implemented throughout our company.  This represents a significant investment by the company but provide the tools to create a safe working environment for our clients and staff. 

Our HSE Management Systems have been audited by Noel Arnold & Associates and have achieved the highest level of accreditation through their CM3 process.  Noel Arnold is a reputable risk management consultancy that maintains a database of accredited service providers for building owners and agents throughout the property industry.
